Innovative Window Fashions NO STARS! “From the very begining nothing went well. I was told the blinds were in stock & they'd be installed in two weeks...took over a month & a main window did not have a lining as ordered. Took over two months to have that replaced; now I have a blind that will not go down all the way & when I spoke with the extremely rude person on the phone, he told me it would need replaced at my cost. I explained that the string was tangled which was the problem and he said the strings were not under warranty but he might be able to fix it. I was told by HIS hired sales person that if any thing goes wrong with the blinds for two years, they will fix the problem. The blinds are only 8 months old!!! There are a lot of blind companys and a lot of people that want to work...pick another company that wants to treat YOU like the customer and guarantees their work! By the way, I could not add this without placing a star...please delete!”
